Ilma International Girl’s School welcomes it’s 30^th Batch

11^th of July 2017 was a memorable day for many students who began the first year of their school life, the kids were given a warm welcome in a colorful environment. This has always been an exciting day as the children and parents are given a grand welcome when the school hall comes alive with balloons, flowers and placards.

The occasion was graced by the principal, Mrs. Wahab. Ms. Amina Zuhair the headmistress of the primary section gave the welcome speech reassuring the parents that their children will be well taken care of. This was followed by a welcome song performed by the children of year 2, with much enthusiasm and in the spirit of welcoming new members to the Ilma family.

It was indeed a splendid occasion to see the little ones with mixed emotions as they were guided to the classrooms.

Some looked like they were ready to take on the world; others however were a bit hesitant and apprehensive when entering their bright and colourful classrooms. A very few were in tears to leave the comfort of their mother’s arms. But the experienced teachers were able to settle them in to class very quickly and move on to use their usual dynamic skills to make it memorable day.
